At TOP Negoce, the recruitment process varies according to the entities of the positions concerned. We first proceed by expressing the need.

We then draw up a descriptive job description and put our offer online. We advertise on the various national recruitment websites and also on our website in the recruitment area.

We then review the applications we have received, sort the CVs and conduct telephone interviews. Once the list of shortlisted candidates has been drawn up, we call for the selection phase.

TOP Negoce then selects the candidates according to the impression and qualifications of each one, but also according to HR evaluation tools (QUIZZ, QCM …)  

At the end of the recruitment process, we archive applications that have not been taken but which are nevertheless interesting, during the 4 months following the application in case a position matching the qualifications becomes available.

Our selected candidates receive proposals for hiring and signing contracts. Finally, we proceed to the integration of newcomers within the TOP Negoce team.
