The general policy of TOP NEGOCE revolves around the following axes:

  • Putting the customer at the centre of its concerns by adapting to market changes,
  • Increase its market share,
  • Maintaining and improving profitability, while increasing the satisfaction of the expectations of all stakeholders (customer, owners, and staff).
  • Compliance with legal, regulatory and other requirements.

    • Providing training, assistance and supervision to workers to ensure everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to do their jobs safely

As Managing Director of TOP NEGOCE, I am committed to promoting this policy, ensuring that it is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the company’s organization.

For their part, workers actively participate in the achievement of occupational health and safety objectives by :
  • Cooperating with management and all their co-workers to maintain a healthy and safe work environment
  • Respecting the procedures and safety instructions issued by the company
  • Reporting all identified risks and hazards in the workplace
  • Helping to develop measures to eliminate, preferably at source, the risks and hazards present in their working environment

I also undertake to make available all the means necessary to achieve the resulting objectives, to meet the requirements and to continuously improve the OSHQMS.

I delegate the management of this system to the Quality, Health and Safety Manager and ask him to report to me on its operation.

Aware of these issues, I ask all staff to participate actively in this QSST process.
