General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
TOP NEGOCE SARL — version effective 1 October 2026. These terms govern every sale made by TOP NEGOCE to its professional customers.

In accordance with article 29.4 of our Terms of Sale, the contractual language is French and the French version prevails for the interpretation of the contract. An English courtesy translation can be provided on request to info@topnegoce.com, but only the French text has legal effect.

Key points at a glance
- Scope: business-to-business sales of industrial raw materials, additives and ingredients.
- Governing law: Moroccan law; disputes fall under the courts of Casablanca.
- Distributor status: TOP NEGOCE is a distributor and, where applicable, importer — not the manufacturer.
- Quality reference: manufacturer specification and COA of the delivered lot.
- Retention of title until full payment; risks transfer on delivery.
- Claim deadlines: 72 hours (apparent defects), 14 days (quality non-conformity), 30 days (latent defects from discovery), 12-month time bar.
- Adversarial analysis by an accredited lab is mandatory before any quality dispute.
